These terms apply to all users, whether you are creating club tokens as a manager, trading tokens as an investor, or participating as a fan in prediction pools or community events. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should immediately refrain from using the platform. ClubCup.fun is designed to celebrate football fandom in a decentralized ecosystem, and your agreement to these terms ensures that the platform remains a fair and enjoyable space for all.
2. User Responsibility
As a user of ClubCup.fun, you are fully responsible for all actions, content, and transactions you undertake on the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, creating club tokens, trading or staking $CCUP or club tokens, participating in prediction pools, and engaging in community discussions. Your responsibilities encompass the following:You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to cryptocurrency transactions, decentralized finance (DeFi), and intellectual property. You are solely accountable for ensuring that your use of ClubCup.fun aligns with the legal requirements of your jurisdiction.You must respect the rights of others, including football clubs, players, and fellow users, by avoiding actions or content that infringe on intellectual property, privacy, or financial security. This includes refraining from using official club logos, names, or branding without permission, unless explicitly allowed by the platform’s guidelines.You must avoid creating, sharing, or engaging with content or actions that are harmful, offensive, or illegal, such as:
Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or harm to individuals, groups, or entities.
Actions that involve fraudulent activities, money laundering, or other illegal financial practices.
Misrepresentation of football clubs, tournaments, or related entities in a way that could cause confusion or harm.
When participating in DeFi activities, such as trading club tokens or staking $CCUP, you are responsible for ensuring that your transactions comply with local regulations governing cryptocurrencies and blockchain-based assets. You bear full accountability for any consequences arising from your actions, including financial losses, legal penalties, or platform restrictions.
3. Content Moderation
ClubCup.fun is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all users. To achieve this, we reserve the right to moderate content and actions on the platform, including those related to club tokens and community discussions. Our moderation policies include the following:We may remove or disable access to content or actions that violate these Terms of Use, including:
Content deemed harmful, offensive, or illegal, such as posts promoting violence, fraud, or discrimination.
Actions that breach platform rules, such as attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the Solana blockchain or ClubCup.fun’s smart contracts.
Transactions or strategies identified as risky, non-compliant, or detrimental to the platform’s integrity.
Content or actions flagged by the community or identified through our monitoring processes may be reviewed and removed at our discretion. For example, a club token created with misleading branding or a prediction pool promoting illegal betting would be subject to removal.While removed content or actions will no longer be accessible on ClubCup.fun’s interface, they may persist on the Solana blockchain or external platforms, as blockchain transactions are immutable. We are not responsible for the persistence of such content outside our platform and encourage users to act responsibly to avoid unintended consequences.
4. Prohibited Content and Actions
To ensure a positive and compliant experience, ClubCup.fun strictly prohibits certain types of content and actions. You may not create, share, or execute content or actions that:
Promote harm, violence, or illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or unauthorized gambling.
Violate the rights of others, such as intellectual property rights (e.g., using official club logos or trademarks without permission), privacy rights, or financial security.
Exploit vulnerabilities in the ClubCup.fun platform, Solana blockchain, or associated services, including attempts to manipulate token inflation scores, hack smart contracts, or disrupt platform operations.
Misrepresent football clubs, tournaments, or related entities in a way that could deceive users or harm the reputation of the platform or the sport.
Prohibited content or actions, if identified through community reports, automated monitoring, or manual review, will be removed or blocked. Users who engage in such activities may face account restrictions, including temporary or permanent suspension from the platform. For example, creating a club token that falsely claims affiliation with a real-world football club or using the platform to promote illegal betting schemes would result in immediate action to protect the community.
5. Risks and Limitations
Using ClubCup.fun involves inherent risks, particularly given its integration with cryptocurrencies, DeFi, and blockchain technology. By participating, you acknowledge and accept the following risks: Financial Risks: The value of $CCUP, club tokens, and associated NFTs is subject to significant volatility, common in cryptocurrency and DeFi markets. Token prices may fluctuate dramatically or lose value entirely due to market dynamics, community activity, or external factors. ClubCup.fun is not responsible for any financial losses you may incur. Legal Risks: Cryptocurrency and DeFi regulations vary widely across jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ClubCup.fun, including token creation, trading, and staking, complies with all applicable laws in your region. Non-compliance may result in legal consequences, for which you bear full responsibility. Usage Risks: Improper use of the platform, such as creating misleading club tokens, participating in high-risk prediction pools, or engaging in unauthorized activities, may lead to content removal, transaction failures, or loss of platform privileges. For example, staking tokens in a virtual tournament without understanding the mechanics could result in unintended outcomes. ClubCup.fun is not liable for any financial, legal, or technical issues arising from your use of the platform. While we strive to provide a secure and reliable experience, you acknowledge that blockchain-based platforms carry inherent risks, and you use ClubCup.fun at your own discretion.
6. Age & Content Disclaimer
By using ClubCup.fun, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms of Use. The platform facilitates interactions with user-managed DeFi assets, club tokens, and community-driven content, some of which may involve complex financial strategies or mature themes related to competitive sports and betting-like mechanics (e.g., prediction pools). While ClubCup.fun provides tools to filter or moderate content, we cannot guarantee the removal of all high-risk or inappropriate material due to the decentralized nature of the platform and the Solana blockchain. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ClubCup.fun is legally permitted in your jurisdiction and for managing your own experience. This includes understanding the risks of participating in DeFi activities, engaging with community content, and trading tokenized assets. If you are under 18 or otherwise restricted from using such platforms, you must not access ClubCup.fun.
